My Truly Honest take on Dragon Ball Sparking Zero's (DP) points.

 Destruction Points (DP)

Destruction Points is a battle system in the Budokai Tenkaichi/Sparking! series, introduced in Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3. In this system, each individual character is assigned a DP value, which is meant to reflect their strength in battle.

Fighters in this photo official Destruction Points include Nappa (3 DP), Master Roshi Max Power (2 DP), Android 18 (5 DP), Recoome (3 DP) and Videl (2 DP).

Dragon Ball Sparking Zero is the newest hyped game of the Dragon Ball franchise with its release on October 10, 2024 it is the fourth main installment in the Budokai Tenkaichi series, a sequel to Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3 (2007), and the first to be released under the original Sparking! title outside of Japan. The game features 182 playable characters and transformations, it has amazing theatrics such as transformations, fusion, team battles, what-if story modes and ect. One of the key elements of the game is the character Destruction Mode. Destruction Mode is a ranking of how much output a character can inflict damage to other fighters i.e energy blasts, and physical attacks. Characters are given a number (points) from 1 (weakest) to 10 (strongest). Destruction Mode is not an accurate representation system of how strong someone was in the actual series, for example Frieza at 100% is listed at a DP of 7 points in the game, while Android 16 canonically is much stronger than Frieza at 100% power is listed at 5 DP points. There are some characters that have DP points scaled inaccurately too high such as Z Legendary Super Saiyan Broly who is listed at 9 points which is the same as full powered Ultra Instinct Goku and stronger than Super Gogeta Z and Super Saiyan Blue Goku which both fighters have 8 DPs.

Here are my list of Destruction Points scaling each of the 182 characters from top 1 point (weakest) to bottom 11 points (strongest). ''Note this is what I perceive which character is stronger more so inline of how strong they was in the actual series and could've been in gameplay action.
